How Much Will I Have To Pay?
If you choose to enroll in our Advanced Dental Care plan, you will pay a one-time activation fee of $54.99 and pay a low monthly fee of $54.99. After you have officially enrolled, your routine dental cleaning and exam are only $25 per visit with X-rays included. The cost for other dental procedures, such as dental crowns, implants, root canal treatment or fillings, is also reduced by 70-95%.
Can I Enroll a Family Member?
Yes! You can enroll a family member with the same activation fee and low monthly cost of $54.99. There are no hidden costs with this process.
