Please contact Member Services with your insurance provider prior to scheduling your appointment with Dr. Arkady Naiman to confirm if we are in-network with your specific plan. Advanced Dental Care may not be in network with every single plan offering, even if we are in network with the company itself. If Dr. Naiman is out of network, your insurance may still cover your treatment but please confirm whether out of network benefits are available and what those benefits are at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to ensure, if necessary, you will be able to cancel/reschedule your appointment in compliance with Advanced Dental Care’s cancellation policies. Patients will be responsible for discrepancies in estimated insurance coverage due to eligibility issues.
